Volumetric Blenders - VDBL

The Volumetric Auger Blender for Central Blending is supplied in standard configurations of 2, 3 or 4 components. A major component bin of 250 or 500 lbs. capacity is supplies for the Virgin and Regrind Components and smaller 50 or 100 lb. capacity bins are supplied for the additive components. Screw sizes range from 1" for color and 1-1/2" to 3" for major components. 1/2 HP DC Drives are supplied as standard.

The volumetric blender in the picture is supplied with an optional Model SEP-GA-4 Metal Separator for the removal of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
