plastic granulators range from 2 to 200 hp or more.
With a variety of standard throat sizes and knife arrangements,
our full line of granulators will handle all of your plastic and

Duty Granulators
Models Available: HD-2, HD-2H, HD-4,
HD-5, HD-6/HD-6C,
HD-7, HD-8
Foremost offers a variety of plastic granulators in the HD Series
ranging from 10" x 14" to 24" x 36" throat size. Horsepower is available
from 7.5 to 100*. Thru-puts range from 200 to 2,000 lbs./hr. The
HD Series is designed for beside the press applications, central
grinding or recycling applications. The HD Series is available in
sound attenuated and skewed rotor design as optional equipment.

Shear Granulators
Models Available: 2A-4, 1008,
HSFG-116, HSFG-1124, HSFG-1132, HSFG-1632, HSFG-1648, S3E-2, 5C-1
Foremost offers a full line of High Shear Film Grinders that range
in size from 6" x 8" to 16" x 48" throat size. Available horsepower
from 3 to 80*. Thru-puts range from 50 lbs/hr to 3,000 lbs/hr. The
Foremost high shear granulators are designed for film, edge trim
reclaim, roller feeder applications or any application where "scissor
type" cutting action is required.

Spiral Cut Granulators
Models Available: SCG-1116, SCG-1124, SCG-1132
The Foremost line of Spiral Cut Granulators are available from
11" x 16" to 11" x 32" throat sizes. Horsepower's range from 20
to 40. *Thru-puts range from 550 to 900 lbs./Hr. The unique rotor
design makes this unit ideal for grinding scrap, purging, lumps
and bottles. The hinged cabinet is ideal for easy cleanout.

High Volume Granulators
Models Available: LD-7, 3030, 3036, 3045, S-30, S-45
For large thru-put try our high volume line. These plastic granulators
are available from 24" x 36" to 30" x 45" throat size. *Thru-puts
range from 1,200 lbs./Hr. to 3,000 lbs./Hr. The high volume series
is designed for high thru-put of large blow molded parts.

 Special
Purpose Granulators
Models Available: DSC-18,
PG-2415, SW-0936, HMG-1008, HMG-1116
Foremost offers a wide variety of special purpose plastic granulators.
The DSC-18 is a dual stage grinder designed to grind large purging.
The PG-2415 is designed to grind large diameter pipe. The SW-0936
is capable of grinding sheet and web up to 36" wide. The two Hot
Melt Grinders are for processing hot thermoplastic from the extruder
die without pre-cooling. Foremost can customize a grinder for your
specific plant needs.
